Shipping & Delivery Timeline for Indian Buyers (Domestic Area):Items below 3 kgs are sent through air cargo by our courier partner DTDC, BLUEDART & FIRST FLIGHT, which gives online tacking details to track your parcel during the transit time. We have chosen the top rated courier companies to deliver the parcel safe and quickly. The delivery timeline is approximately 3 days to all major cities and 4-5 days in remote areas after dispatch.
Items above 3 kgs are dispatched though surface cargo mode with online tracking number and delivery takes 7-8 days to all major cities, 2-3 days in connecting cities and 3-4 days additional in remote area.
Dispatch of your product will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration, with details of the docket or Airway Bill number and courier company selected for you consignment. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our contact@gofitindia.com
Domestic Locations Where shipping charges are extra for heavy or bulky items:
Currently we are unable to dispatch the heavy products on free shipping or specified in listing of item weighing more than 3 kgs for remote areas & locations specified below. Buyers are requested to get in touch with us before they make any payment for the items above 3 kg. Please check the locations below:
Service Areas with additional Shipping Charges: Assam, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Shirinagar, Arunachal Pradesh, Andeman & Nicobar Island, Meghalya.
Buyers from above these states must contact us before they make any payment to know their additional shipping charges.
Any octroi, duty and other taxes in case if applicable will be born by buyer.
Policy: Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies, currently we are not using indian postal services due to delay in their service, but still in case you need the product and you think there is no courier service in your area and it can be delivered by indian post only then please get in touch with us to discuss the same. Please do not make any payment without the confirmation from us.
All Orders are shipped normaly in 3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Gofitindia.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). For International buyers: Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Gofitindia.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Gofitindia.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer, however from our past experiance, We have learnt about how to pack the products and great care is being taken to prevent them from any damage during transit time. All big machinery products are packed in wooden crate.

Overseas Locations where shipping is possible but the charges are extra:
We ship to : U.S.A, U.K, Austrailia and European countries. Buyers have the option to chose paypal as payment method or our local secure payment gateway to pay for their items. Special Invoices are being generated for overseas buyers as per their locations and areas. Please get in touch with us to know addtional charges (if any)
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products for international buyers:
The delivery charge is arrived at by multiplying the weight of the product with the slab rate. Thus, the delivery cost of a consignment weighing 3 Kg to USA will be (850+(5*213)) = INR 1915.

Customers has to pay additional shipping charges for the surface mode, if their location falls in ESS where gati, bluedart does not operates.
Any octroi, duty and other taxes in case if applicable will be born by buyer.
Please check the courier in front of the courier boy and in case you find any damage then do not accept the item or contact us immediately. If you have accepted the parcel, then please file complaint to the concerned courier company and forward us your complaint number to process you matter. Your complaints will be taken seriously and we try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible in the form of refund or replacement. We strongly suggest to write remarks on delivery receipt to secure your purchase
Buyer are requested to write remarks on the delivery receipt if they suspect any thing wrong with it.

Requirement of Forms or Road Permit for commercial or individual Shipment.
Commercial Purpose or Further sale of our products: If you are buying goods for the further sale purpose then you need to provide us Forms or road permit papers for the shipment of goods. You can get in touch with us to know which sale tax form is needed for you state.
Personal or residential purpose shipments: Although there is no need to provide any form or permit papers for the dispatch of shipment but still some states are asking for the same at the time of barrier crossing of goods.
Buyers from West bengal, Bihar, Uttarkhand, Rajasthan needs to provide us forms stating that the shipment is for personal use, no shipment will be sent without forms or road permit. Also there is no need to provide form for the shipment for purchase below Rs 5000/- in these states. If you have placed the order and are resident of any above state then we will get in touch with you to request for the above said forms.
